Technology has played a crucial role in how communication is carried out through work and such tools have enabled millennials to collaborate and connect in a comfortable way that leads to increased productivity. According to a survey conducted by PWC, 41% of participants would rather communicate electronically than face-to-face or through the phone.

Millennials are very open-minded to diversity and different ideas. Their working style has led to a collaborative style where it stimulates communication and the flow of ideas.
